The potential of 3D printing – VSHAPER as a guest on ITM Talkskprokop
The potential of 3D printing in the aviation, automotive, medical, and other non-obvious industries was the main topic of the online discussions about Industry, organized by the team of ITM Industry Europe Trade Show.
The online meeting, which guests were Mr Wiktor Krupiński, VSHAPER R&D Department Manager, Mr Radomir Ochocki, IGUS Managing Director, and Mr Marcin Królikowski, PhD Eng., Assistant Professor in the Mechanical Engineering and Mechatronics Faculty at the West Pomeranian University of Technology in Szczecin, allowed entrepreneurs, who are ultimately the final recipients, to get familiar with the implementation of additive technology for supporting production lines.
The meeting was an excellent opportunity to listen to the experts about the transformation in 3D printing in the context of Industry 4.0, and learn about the advantages of implementing additive technologies to production processes. There are many possibilities – just as there are many real benefits to the medical, aerospace, automotive, and many other industries.
Additive Manufacturing offers a vast field for prototyping, but the main stress is put on manufacturing individual parts on-demand and personalizing products. What’s more, 3D printing perfectly combines with other technologies, such as IoT, or sectors like the maintenance industry. Get the most out of your contribution to level up your production!
Printing end parts and optimized spare parts with non-traditional materials responds to the needs of various industries. ITM Talks brought these one and other advantages of 3D printing closer to the audience.
