VSHAPER establishes cooperation with ID: Factory Solutions GmbH.

The Polish manufacturer of industrial 3D printers – VSHAPER, present on the domestic and foreign markets, continually expands the group of business partners. The culture of development that characterizes the company, based on investments in innovative solutions, is recognized and allows to build an internationally recognized brand. VSHAPER has just started cooperation with the German company ID: Factory Solutions GmbH.
Thanks to the signed cooperation agreement, the new distributor will offer VSHAPER solutions to the German-speaking market, including the largest of them – the German one. Germany’s economy, the largest in Europe and the fourth in the world (after the USA, China and Japan), is one of the most important markets in Europe for the 3D printing industry.

As the creators assure, it is worth to consider exchanging the existing software to a software well suited to high technological and material requirements in thermoplastic printing technology.

The current situation in the country and the world makes us all aware of the responsibility we bear for the safety of ourselves and other people.

Alarming information and restrictions introduced to limit the spread of the pandemic prompted our company to decide to postpone the release of the newest five-axis 3D printer – 5AX – planned for May 26 – to the nearest safe date. This year’s SUBCARPATHIAN ECONOMIC AWARD statuette, in the Innovations category, went to VSHAPER team. The more meaningful it is because we were the only company awarded in this category. The VSHAPER’s CEO, Tomasz Szymański, received this special statuette on behalf of the whole company.
The honorary patronage of this year’s 18th edition held the Marshal of the Republic of Poland and the Ministry of Entrepreneurship and Technology (current Ministry of Development ). The Gala was the culmination of the first edition of Subcarpatian Economic Congress. The award ceremony took place in the Congress and Exhibition Centre G2A Arena in Jasionka near Rzeszów.

The Fakro company which is present on polish and global markets, the worldwide leader in skylights and attic stairs production, joins to the list of VSHAPER  users – the producer of industrial 3D printers.

In 2019 Fakro’s Development and Research department engineers decided to enrich their machinery park with a new industrial 3D printer. What does it mean that 3D printing technology pays off?

Does the claim such as “additive manufacturing is always profitable” is entirely correct. The answer to this question should be easy to establish, but it isn’t. As we know, production depends on many factors, not directly related to the process but affected the final cost. While determining the projected budget for separate projects, we always use an individual approach. Based on many years of industry observations though, we can recognise particular regularities and precisely determine what and in which case is noticeably cheaper.
