The fourth edition of 590 Congress, a two-day event that takes place in Jasionka near Rzeszów in Poland has come to an end. The topics to be discussed among the event, by the panellists, including debates on such essential issues as digital affairs, cybersecurity and energy. The economy and its development was the priority topic to the local, European and global context.
The prime minister Mateusz Morawiecki pointed out that thanks to many activities of entrepreneurs, polish productivity is growing, and economy can reply to the ambitions of innovative people. CEO of VSHAPER company, the manufacturer 3D printer producer, Tomasz Szymański was among the entrepreneur group that took part in the meeting with the prime minister.
“The industrial revolution 4.0, which we are part of integrates people and digitally controlled machines with internet and information technologies. These activities help companies to implement the digital transformation to provide new services, better work efficiency, to lower costs and improve customer satisfaction. Companies implement additive manufacturing technology like 3D printing, mainly for prototyping applications and specific tools production. Thanks to Industry 4.0, the small-lot companies from local service providers will gain more extensive range.”

Over 7,000 event participants had the opportunity to take part in nine thematic blocks and over 50 discussion panels as well as get acknowledged with the offer of industry stands in the exhibition area. The VSHAPER company presented the latest releases for printing in 3D technology. During the first day of the Congress, the Polish President Andrzej Duda visited the VSHAPER stand. Jokingly, he asked if the offered printer can print a human model in a real scale – answering – the company’s technologists are still working on it.
Congress 590 serves as a forum for the exchange of ideas on business, science and legislation. Panellists discussions determine the new development directions – the shared conception of work on economic growth and the promotion of Poland in the European and worlds economic hierarchy. The event gathered many personages from the business and political world. President Andrzej Duda and Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki supported the Congress by patronage and personal presence. Among the special guests were Robert Enslin the new President of Global Customer Operations Google Cloud, Major General George Francis Close – the Senior Executive, and Andrew Campbell the Executive Manager of SPECTRUM Group, Thomas J. Lee one of blockchain technology visionary, Bent Flyvbjerg and Gail Dady. Among specialists group also have talked over Strategy for Responsible Development, a package of five laws known as the Constitution for Business, which are aimed to facilitate running business in Poland and the Five Pillars of the European Union. The Economic Awards 2019 was redistributed to the entrepreneurs as well. One of the main topics was a summary of 15 years of Poland’s EU membership.
