Changeable printing modules in the VSHAPER 270 PRO industrial 3D printing system allow for adjusting the machine parameters.

The change of the head working with low-temperature materials, such as ABS or PA , to a high temperature print head that can print PEEK or a head with a different nozzle diameter, is efficient and uncomplicated. Quick change guarantees short downtime.

A WIDE RANGE OF FILAMENTS

The combination of industrial design solutions in the machine allows to work with many thermoplastic materials available on the market.

The construction of the VSHAPER 270 PRO 3D printer provides ideal conditions for processing of low temperature and high temperature thermoplastic materials such as ABS, PC-ABS, PA, PC, PEEK and others.

VACUUM 3D PRINTING BED

Automatic calibration of the printer’s bed is a guarantee of better quality and accuracy of the printed model.

The exchangeable surface ensures precise adhesion of the first layer and eliminates problems with print adhesion even for several dozen hours of one-time operation of the machine.

ACTIVELY HEATED CHAMBER

The temperature conditions control inside the machine allows to maintain the most optimal heat value of the 3D printing environment.
