VSHAPER 500 3D Printer to be Unveiled at Poland’s 3D Printing Days

On April 10th-12th, 2018, Targi Kielce Exhibition and Congress Centre will host the 10th jubilee edition of 3D Printing Days, the largest trade fair in Poland and one of the most important in Europe. Modern technologies used in various industries are going to be presented during the show. Many producers choose to launch their products here in Kielce. Among such new solutions, this year, is VSHAPER 500 3D Printer.

This industrial 3D Printer stands out with 440/430/450mm workspace and the V-Port extruder with a dock for two V-JET heads. This set of components allows making large-scale elements. Additionally, closed chamber together with a heated plate guarantee high quality of 3D Printouts.

The machine, which operates in FDM technology, is particularly appreciated in the industry, where it successfully supports prototyping, tool making and small lot production. Cleaning module removes dirt during printing process, which is extremely important for continuity and cleanness of the machine heads. Ventilation with a carbon filter reduces the amount and harmfulness of gas emission.

In hall B at booth No. 66, VERASHAPE together with their distributor – BIBUS MENOS, will present more of VSHAPER 3D printing solutions. Visitors to the stand will be able to see the flagship VSHAPER 270 and the award-winning VSHAPER PRO.

Many of our customers use 3D Printers in the production of non-standard spare parts, especially in situations where they are no longer available, the cost of buying them is too high or waiting time for parts for machines used on the production line is just too long. The use of 3D Printing technology reduces production downtime, therefore, is an increasingly important element of maintenance strategies and the VSHAPER 500 perfectly fits into it – says Adrian Truszkowski Technical Sales Specialist from BIBUS MENOS Sp. z o.o.

3D Printing Days held within the scope of Targi Kielce’s Industrial Spring have confirmed its industry-standing; the expo is regarded Poland’s biggest industry event of this kind. Every consecutive year, the event has seen more and more companies which professionally deal with 3D Printing. Previous edition’s exhibition used the entire hall, and throughout three days, the most innovative solutions of additive manufacturing were seen by nearly 12,000 visitors.
